SIZE:
❤ This is a regular unisex sweatshirt. For women, if you like a relaxed fit, I recommend you order your normal size. For an oversized look, select 1-3 sizes larger than your normal size. 100% pre-shrunk cotton, soft, lightweight, with the right amount of stretch.
❤ Most women find their typical size works best, since they are meant to fit a touch loose
❤ QUICK AND EASY TIP - grab your favorite shirt out of your closet and lay it flat. Measure from armpit to armpit and compare to the size chart (see photo) to get your perfect fit!
COLOR VIBRANCY DISCLAIMER:
❤ I use direct to garment printing (DTG) which infuses the ink into the fabric to create a durable product. Please note that this printing method can cause the ink to appear slightly less vibrant than as seen in the photos and there may be slight variations in the color.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
❤ We recommend always following the care instructions on the specific garment. However, in order to make your garments longer lasting, we suggest to wash on cold with like colors with the design inside out. We recommend avoiding the dryer and hanging to dry your garments, but if you do use the dryer, we suggest tumble drying on low.
SHIPPING TIMES:
❤ Our items are individually made with love for each of our buyers. Because of this, our processing time is 2-5 business days (depending on order volume) plus transit time, but typically much faster. We know our customers want their items as quickly as possible!
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
EXCHANGES:
❤ Because all of our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. In the event that you'd like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing or damage upon receipt, please contact us through Etsy as soon as possible (limit is 15 days after item is delivered) with your email address provided. We will send a copy of our exchange protocol to your email address which you will fill out and include with the return package.
❤ Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item (shipping of new item is covered).
❤ We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package. Please note, though we do our best to get exchanges out as fast as possible, new sales must take priority so there may be a slight delay in receiving your new item. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
