PLACING A PREORDER
If you decide to preorder an item on our website, please note the following:
- Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when the item ships.
- Preordering is voluntary and shipping time is estimated to be 12- 20 business days, unless there is a date on the website and in some cases this could be sooner or later. Please don't contact our customer service until after 3 weeks from the date of order has passed.
- A tracking number will be provided once the warehouse receives the order from the vendor, if you haven't received a tracking number 3 weeks, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- For returns or exchanges on preorders, you have 3 business days from the day that you received the order - not the date on the original invoice as this is the Order date.
- The date listed on the preorder page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer and we only update as more information is provided. If you do not see an update then we do not have further information at this time.
- We do our very best to communicate all details for preorders on the product page and in our Facebook Group as there are usually hundreds of orders for each style and it is not possible to contact everyone individually.

- Our preorder Items are best selling Frankie Crystal Collection pieces that have previously been in-stock and sold out multiple times or items that are rated the "best of the best" by our vendor.
- These are Special Ordered directly from our Vendors for The Frankie Crystal Collection exclusively. Preorders can take anywhere from 12- 20 business days, depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity and details of the item
